A 20-year-old Minneapolis man was charged Thursday with three counts each of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault for the shooting of three women in north Minneapolis, according to the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. Delonte Ahshone Thomas is accused of returning to a party on the 3500 block of Fremont Avenue North in the early morning of July 9 with a semi-automatic gun after leaving due to a dispute with fellow guests.
Minneapolis police are asking for help in identifying two men they’d like to talk to in connection to Wednesday’s triple shooting that left three women seriously injured.
