Roughly a week after the Xcel Energy Center introduced some of their new menu offerings for the Minnesota Wild season, the Target Center followed suit. And if the Xcel was using whiskey as its theme, the Target Center was using choices as theirs.

Well, you have an opportunity to indulge one week before the kickoff of the Great Minnesota Get-Together — all while helping to improve and preserve the fairgrounds! The “Taste of the Fair” is a pre-party and fundraiser for the nonprofit Minnesota State Fair Foundation.
You need a front and a back line of crews hussling to get the turkey out to the customers. Twenty-five-thousand pounds of turkey will be served and no one should wait longer than 30 seconds to get a sandwich.
