A man who played college football in North Dakota has been convicted of killing one man and wounding another outside a Minneapolis club last fall.
A 23-year-old college student from Blaine died Monday after the raft he was in flipped in the Sheyenne River in North Dakota, authorities said. Dan Buehner, a Centennial High School graduate, was a senior at Valley City State University was a catcher on the baseball team.
Rescue crews searching the Sheyenne River have found the body of a Valley City State University student who went missing while rafting with two friends. University President Steven Shirley says the victim is Dan Buehner of Blaine, Minn.
