St. Paul Police have arrested a suspect in the hit-and-run crash that left two people critically injured. Early Sunday morning, 22-year-old Nicholas Bergeland and 22-year-old Rebekka Peterson, both of St. Paul, were struck on the 1900 block of Grand Avenue.
