An administrator at the University of Wisconsin-Stout was killed Wednesday evening in a crash involving a deer and a semi truck on Interstate 94. Kay Schnur, 56, was killed near Osseo, Wisconsin just before 7 p.m., according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Schnur, from Merrillan, was traveling eastbound on I-94 when her vehicle struck a deer and stopped in the right lane of traffic.
A Horicon man has died after he allegedly fled from authorities on a motorcycle, left the roadway then crashed into a power pole.
An Ellsworth, Wis., man is in critical condition after being ejected from a car in a crash early Saturday morning where the driver had been drinking, according to police. Authorities were called at about 2:42 a.m. to the area of Kruger Lane and Anika Court on a report of a man lying in the roadway.
A 23-year-old woman from Nekoosa, Wis., was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence with a 3-month-old baby in the car, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

The Broiler Fest parade in Trempealeau County, Wis. was interrupted when a participate was accidentally run over by a float on Sunday afternoon. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, the accident happened just before 2:30 p.m. on WIS 95 at St. Joseph’s Avenue near the city of Arcadia, which is 2 ½ hours southeast of the Twin Cities.
A 21-year-old Amery, Wis. man is charged with driving under the influence after crashing his car with a 6-year-old boy inside. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Andrew Graski was involved in a two-car crash Friday evening east near St. Croix Falls on Highway 65. When a Polk County deputy and a state trooper responded to the scene, they noticed indications of marijuana use by Graski.
A 61-year-old woman from western Wisconsin was killed Friday after getting into a crash with a semi-truck, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities responded to the crash at about 10:19 a.m. Friday on State Highway 87 near 250th Avenue in Sterling Township.
A 51-year-old Minnesota man was killed Tuesday night in a two-vehicle crash on snow-covered roads in western Wisconsin, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said one person was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Rice Lake, Wis., on Friday. The Wisconsin State Patrol was called to the accident at about 2:15 p.m. Friday on Highway 48 one mile south of Mikana in Barron County.

Authorities said a 38-year-old man from Barronett, Wis., was arrested Sunday by the Wisconsin State Patrol for driving drunk with a child in his car. The Wisconsin State Patrol said Isaac O Neitzel was stopped for a traffic violation at about 9:13 p.m. Sunday on Highway 8 near 220th Street in Polk County.
