Gov. Mark Dayton is heading to southwestern Minnesota next weekend for the 2014 Pheasant Hunting Opener in Minnesota. The annual Governor’s Pheasant Hunting Opener will be held in Worthington Friday and Saturday, Oct. 10-11.
