There are tons of options throughout the state, but our list includes some of those that receive extra praise and positive word-of-mouth. Often touted as one of the nicest fitness facilities in Rochester, the center offers a variety of changing classes to better your mind and body. Selections include tai chi, Pilates and total-body suspension training classes. There are also a number of yoga classes, including gentle yoga and pre-natal yoga for expectant mothers.
