Whether it’s a weekend escape with the girls or a quick mani-pedi after a long day’s work, there are plenty of spas in the Twin Cities to find respite for your weary mind and body. And the prices vary too from reasonable to pampering yourself. You don’t always need a reason to spa, you just need to check out one of these places to do it right.

The Refinery

321 14th Avenue SE
Minneapolis, MN 55414

(612) 331-9055
Website: http://www.therefineryonline.com/

Located in Minneapolis’ Dinkytown, The Refinery is tucked away on the second floor of a building but for what it lacks in space, it makes up for with value. They’re known for their European skin care but offer a wide variety of spa services from body scrubs to facials. And if you have unwanted hair, they’ve got a wax for that.

Spalon Montage

3909 West 49 1/2 Street
Edina, Minn. 55424

(952) 915-2900
Website: http://www.spalon.com/

Spalon Montage works hard to make sure their guests experience “legendary customer service.” They offer head-to-toe services for men and women. They say their skin care treatments are where science meets TLC and it goes beyond healthy, glowing skin with a dozen different facial options. Update or recreate your look with a cut and color. And don’t forget about the tips of nails with a relaxing manicure.

New Reflections Salon and Day Spa

With three locations in the west metro, New Reflections Salon and Day Spa is an Aveda lifestyle spa that offers all the products you love and experience you count on. Enjoy spa packages, individual treatments or, if you’re on the go, take time for express services from facials to nails. Check out the upcoming and ongoing promotions on the salon’s website to get the best deals. And know you’re entering a place of peace and calm while you “reflection” or forget the stresses of the day.

reVamp! salonspa

Minneapolis, MN 55408

(612) 341-0404
Website: http://www.revampsalonspa.com/

At reVamp salonspa they say it’s all about you — your hair, your face, your body and your style, defined. The salon’s vision is to provide a comfortable and professional place for their customers. Not only does this spa offer the basic amenities, you can also go there for a new look by choosing one of their makeover packages — like the Oprah Makeover complete with a “silhouette analysis.”

201 Eleventh Street South
Minneapolis, Minn. 55403

Website: https://www.ivyspaclub.com/

Being “beyond” pampered is what you will get at Ivy Spa. Whether you’re a day guest or decide to become a member, you can take advantage of all the services of the spa, plus the fitness club. Or make it an overnight getaway by staying at the Ivy Hotel. The Ivy says “beyond is the extra attention we pay to every detail of your every moment.” With more than a dozen different massages and numerous body treatments, if there’s something specific you’re looking for, they probably offer it at Ivy.

Estetica Salon & Spa

165 Western Ave N Ste 1 (Selby Avenue)
St. Paul, MN 55102

(651) 228-9327
Website: http://www.esteticastpaul.com/

In historic St. Paul, you’ll find an escape from stress in the three levels at Estetica Salon & Spa. Renew your body and mind with a Rosemary Mint Body Wrap or escape Minnesota with a Caribbean Vacation Manicure. Spend an hour or spend a day for yourself with treatments from head (shampoo/blow dry) to toe (rainforest radiance pedicure).

Zhen Relections Spa in Spring Park is outstanding. Great service and the people are so friendly. They are the only ones I trust for massage. I have also donated my hair to locks of love thorugh them twice and if you do that the excellent hair cut is free.
