Q: Welcome to Defend Your Ride Minnesota. So this car was a government car?

A: I bought my car from ex-government cars in Golden Valley, back in December 2010. It was a 2007, only $5,000. I always wanted a cop car, plus it's big. I have so much space in this car.

Q: That's so cool. What is your cop car's main use?

A: Mainly to go from home to work, but I do just like to drive it around and go on road trips with it.

Q: Where have you been?

A: I went to Sandusky, Ohio with a bunch of friends. We went to Cedar Point. The car did fine. I changed the transmission fluids before we left. But the car was great for the road trip, lots of space and the sound system is nice and loud.

Q: Are those your favorite features, the space and the sound system?

A: I would say the best is driving up by people in their cars and watching their reactions when they realize it is a cop car behind them. But it gets annoying too, especially when I'm running late to work and everyone slows down making me slow down and late.

Q: What is your favorite thing to listen to and let go with when you're driving?

A: Probably rap or metal music, either one of those.

Q: What is your favorite feature of your car?

A: I like my rear-wheel drive and the engine, it is a 4.6 V8.

Q: What is your least favorite feature of your car?

A: Gas mileage isn't that great.

Q: Do you have rules for people when they are in your car?

A: I don't have strict rules, but I don't like to let other people eat in the car. I hate it when it gets messy and it isn't my mess. It makes me angry and I might yell at them and joke about kicking them out. But I don't really give real consequences.

Q: If your car was a human, what kind of human would it be and why?

A: Similar to me, big and loud. Plus, slightly more hardcore, because that's just how it is.

Q: Do you have a dream car? What is it?

A: Well my real dream car that will probably never happen is a Corvette, I've always wanted one since I was a kid. The car that I have now is my affordable real life dream car.

Q: What is the next car you want to get when you're done with this car?

A: I'd love to get a Chrysler 300, I like it because it is big, but fancier.

Q: Anything else you'd like to share about your car?

A: This car used to be in the Iowa Department of Transportation. Also, I got the sound system after I bought the car. It was expensive but so worth it.
