Creations From Norway House’s ‘Gingerbread Wonderland’
A gingerbread house is a fun and traditional part of the holidays. Twin Cities bakers are joining the Norway House in Minneapolis for Gingerbread Wonderland. One of the creations that is underway is a gingerbread replica of the new U.S. bank stadium. It's been created by Gary Hjellming, Crave's pastry chef and member of the American Culinary Federation.
