Health Experts Form ‘Minnesota Hoarding Task Force’
Hoarding is a mental health disorder that can bring public safety risks. Health professionals, housing inspectors, and service providers formed the "Minnesota Hoarding Task Force" to address those risks and offer help to anyone dealing with the disorder, Mike Binkley reports (0:54).
