Tanker Rolls Over, Spills Milk Inside Lowry Tunnel

The State Patrol says a tanker truck carrying milk was heading west on I-94 around 11 o'clock this morning, when it hit the median and overturned into the eastbound lanes, Amelia Santaniello reports (0:50).
