Most schools will open back up for business on Tuesday.  For many kids, that means get their lunches at their school cafeteria.  But how nutritious are those lunches?  Are there guidelines that companies have to follow?  Taher, Inc. provides school lunches to more than 200 schools, and owner Bruce Taher talks about these topics.
