What did Brad Childress have to say the day after sitting on the hot seat as the Vikes came from behind to beat Arizona?  Pioneer Press beat writer Jeremy Fowler joins Chad from Winter Park following the Childress press conference with the latest.

  1. Richard Roiger says:

This is a comment about the discussion Mr. Hartman had relative to President Obama’s citizenship. I believe there are several reasons why 27% of the U.S. adult population questions President Obama’s natural born citizenship. There is certainly a subgroup of individuals that base their doubt on racism. However, there are others that base their doubt on one or more of the following:
    1. The original birth certificate has not been seen by someone the questioners are willing to believe. If the original birth certificate were shown to Bill O’Reilly or Sean Hannity, this would solve this problem. Mr. O’Reilly stated on one of his shows that he had seen the original certificate but later retracted this statement.
    2. Obama did spend a significant part of his childhood outside the United States. I taught at a university for 27 years and interacted with thousands of students. A large number of the students I taught were from China, India, Pakistan, and in the 80’s Iran. In my experience, students that grew up in other countries had a different view of the U.S.(not necessarily negative)
    3. President Obama belonged to a church were radical anti-American ideas were at times expressed. He also spent some time with individuals that most Americans believe to be to some degree anti-American.
