MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A man who was arrested earlier this week on state charges for having child pornography has now been arrested and charged with a federal crime too.

The FBI said that Scott Whitcomb, 48, of Zimmerman, Minn. was arrested on Dec. 20 on four charges of criminal sexual conduct. The criminal complaint says that he allegedly engaged in numerous sex acts with a 15-year-old boy and the boy’s 12-year-old brother.
