Mpls. Schools Reach Contract Agreement With Teachers

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minneapolis School District has finally reached a contract agreement with its teachers.

The agreement, however, still needs to be approved by the School Board and by the teachers.

Details of the contract won't be released until next week when school is back in session after the winter break.

Minneapolis Public Schools have been in contract negotiations with teachers for a year and a half now.

A final vote is expected take place soon.
