Minn. Man's Backyard Ice Rink Better Every Year
CIRCLE PINES (WCCO) -- There's a guy in Circle Pines watching the weather very closely. He's the supervisor of the biggest indoor ice-skating complex in the country.
However, it's what he's built in his backyard that has this ice expert a little worried going into the weekend.
