Mich. Fugitive Caught In St. Paul

DETROIT (AP) -- Authorities say the two Detroit suspects in a carjack killing are under arrest in Michigan and Minnesota.

Wayne County prosecutor's spokeswoman Maria Miller says 29-year-old Brian A. Stuckey of Detroit was shot to death Dec. 1 at a gas station the city.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Marshals Service says officers arrested 18-year-old Terrance M. Fomby in St. Paul, Minn. He's now in the Ramsey County Jail.

Earlier, authorities in Detroit arrested 35-year-old William Fomby of Detroit. He's in the Wayne County Jail.

The men are charged with felony murder, armed robbery and carjacking.
