Rochester Medical To Buy Medical Supply Company
STEWARTVILLE, Minn. (AP) -- Rochester Medical Corp. said Thursday it agreed to pay 10.4 million euros ($13.7 million) to buy a medical supply distributor based in the Netherlands.
Rochester said it is buying the Laprolan BV business from Fornix NV. It said Laprolan has about $10.5 million in annual revenue. The deal is expected to close May 31, but Rochester said it is effective Jan. 1.
Shares of Rochester Medical fell 4 cents to $10.69 in afternoon trading.
