Not Much Snow Here, But Definitely Cold

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Minnesota is finding itself mostly bypassed by the mammoth storm dumping snow across much of the United States.

But while the snow is going elsewhere, the cold is not. The system that brought lows of minus-27 to International Falls, minus-18 to Hibbing and minus-12 to Redwood Falls will keep things brisk for another day.

The National Weather Service forecasts highs of zero to 10 statewide before a warmup starts Thursday, with highs reaching the mid-20s statewide.
