Minnesota Wild To Hold Outdoor Practice

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- The Minnesota Wild are planning an outdoor practice.

The Wild announced Friday they'll hold their Saturday, Feb. 19 workout in the St. Paul suburb of Roseville at the Guidant John Rose MN OVAL. The rink is billed as the largest outdoor refrigerated skating facility in North America, a 110,000-square-foot area used for a number of ice sports as well as inline skating in the warmer months.

This is the first time in the Wild's 10-year history they will practice outside. The event will be open to the public at no charge, weather permitting.
