Nastia Liukin To Lead Team At Race For Cure

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) -- This year's Twin Cities Race for the Cure is getting some big-name support.

Olympic all-around champion gymnast Nastia Liukin is set to lead a team of walkers at Sunday's Susan G. Komen Twin Cities Race for the Cure at the Mall of America.

Liukin says being able to walk as part of the Visa Championships Team is a great way to help draw attention to the fight against breast cancer.

In addition to the walk, Liukin is visiting the Twin Cities on Sunday and Monday in support of the 2011 Visa Championships, USA Gymnastics' national championships. The championships will be held at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul Aug. 17-20.
