Weather Blog: Relief From The Heat

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A cooler front is heading our way. A drier and cooler air mass will spread across Minnesota Wednesday night and into western Wisconsin by sunrise on Thursday.

High temperatures will still be a bit above normal in some areas on Thursday, but about 10 degrees cooler than Wednesday's highs.

Dew points will also be much lower, out of the tropical 70s (and occasional lower 80s) that we've dealt with since Saturday.

The front moves back north as a warm front late Friday into Saturday. The result will be some muggy conditions again on Saturday with some showers and thunderstorms at times.

Saturday night another cool front moves through Minnesota, which should result in a very comfortable Sunday.
