St. Louis Park Drowning Victim Identified

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Officials say the man who went missing on Lower Whitefish Lake, and was later found dead, is a 26-year-old from St. Louis Park, Minn.

The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office said the man has been identified as Adam Sellheim.

Sellheim was with a group of people who were on Whitefish Chain on a pontoon. The group stopped to go swimming and it was later discovered that Sellheim had gone into the water, but had not returned.

At approximately 10 a.m. on Sunday, the sheriff's office dive team located Sellheim in 92 feet of water. He was transported to the medical examiner's office. Foul play is not suspected.
