Police: 27-Year-Old Woman Found Dead In St. Paul

ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- St. Paul Police are investigating a homicide of a 27-year-old woman.

Officers said they found the woman's body at her house on the 400 block of Milton Avenue North Monday afternoon.

Police were sent to the home on a report of a welfare check. Investigators say they don't believe the killing was random.

They are looking for a man who had a previous relationship with the woman.

Officer John Keating, of the St. Paul Police Department, said he didn't know if there were kids at the home and that police are still working to identify the woman and notify family.
