4-6 Chicken breast, or whatever pieces you like
4- Medium size Russet Potatoes
3- Garlic cloves
Fresh Rosemary
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Marjoram
1-stick butter

Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. You can also use wings, thighs, or other chicken pieces. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place in Pyrex cooking dish. (My mom likes to cover the dish with aluminum foil).

Sprinkle Marjoram and thyme on the chicken. Place fresh rosemary all around the dish.

Add garlic cloves. Melt butter and then pour over chicken.

Peal potatoes and slice into quarters. Place potatoes over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for at least one hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.  Enjoy.
