But?…But? I thought MNDOT Prepped the roads? Whats MNDOTS excuse this time? Low salt and sand levels….because of the brutal start to winter??

People leave this state because of dangerous cruddy winter roads, MNDOT can and should do better. Our familys drive on those raods.

    1. Joe Hanson says:

A new acronym – DWC, Drunk While Commenting.

    2. Poor lil' Jacky's needy again says:

Jacky …. eat my salt you wanko. I drove 273 miles last night in metro hauling drunks…the sober folk did just fine.
BTW – you don’t have a family as they left you in Faribuilt State Ward 27 years ago.
……. back to bed dear. Your teddy bear is right there

    3. @J says:

Geez I hope you have a caretaker, doesn;t matter how much prep DOT does it doesn’t make people drive better, only a total rearend can’t keep their car on the road.

    4. Ken says:

Jacky, you are an idiot. If the roads are slippery people need to adjust their driving accordingly. Its not always someone elses fault.

    5. Brett says:

Heck, I think that state and country trucks dumped enough salt on our highways to last a MONTH, for a 1-2 inch snowfall. Virtually every highway that I drove on this afternoon was snow WHITE, with NO SNOW on them, even the asphalt ones.

  2. insignificant says:

not good driving after drinkin last night ’till 12 or beyond, yer still pie-eyed,eh?

  3. slow down then says:

It’s simple. People drive too fast. You can’t argue with physics. Blame someone else all day long, but in the end you are responsible for you. Jacky M seems to be an Ob@ma voter.

  4. Common Sense 2 says:

MN DOT can’t be responsible for all the fast drivers and stupidity on the road. Good grief! Slow down and get your beak out of the sauce, and those numbers in the above article will improve. Better yet—-stay home if you REALLY need your beak in a bottle of booze, and don’t risk the lives of others!

  5. Ines Beag says:

Ya all stupid. The wcco reported 20 arrested for drinking, not 1 of them was envolved in an accident GET THOSE SOBER people off the FN road!

    1. Tracy M says:

huh? you meen that cruddy and dangerous road conditions might be a FACTOR? Same thing happened first day it snowed this year. There more worried about the budget then our safety

MNDOT is doing a horrible job and has been for years. People are dying on the roads. Do NOT budget safety.

      1. Ines Beag says:

I’m with you, just stating 1 of 20 reasons accidents happen.
Number one is leaving you house!

  6. Ines Beag says:

Sorry, number 2 is is watching for cops that might ticket you for leaving your house!
