RICHFIELD (WCCO) — A 43-year-old employee at a Richfield group home has been charged with raping a coworker by knifepoint, according to authorities.
The Hennepin County District Court charged Peter Nyakeoga Osebe of Maplewood with first-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection to the Dec. 2, 2011 incident.READ MORE: Hastings Community Rallies In Support Of Child Outed As Transgender As Part Of School Board Election
According to court documents, the victim was leaving work on the day of the incident when Osebe entered the office and grabbed her arm. The victim told police that Osebe then climbed on top of her, pressed a knife against her throat and raped her.

Osebe is in custody. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison and/or a $12,000 to $40,000 fine with a conditional release.
