Justin Kloos Of Lakeville South Named Mr. Hockey

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Justin Kloos of Lakeville South has won Minnesota's 28th Annual Mr. Hockey Award.

The Minnesota Minute Men gives the award to the outstanding senior boy's high school hockey player in the state.

At the awards banquet Sunday, Michael Bitzer from Moorhead High School received the Frank Brimsek Award in recognition of Minnesota's top senior goaltender.

Ken Pauly of Benilde-St. Margaret's and Bruce Plante of Hermantown received John Mariucci Awards as the Class AA and Class A prep coaches of the year.

The awards are selected by a panel of judges, including NHL scouts, Division I coaches and selected media members from around the state.
