ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) — A Minneapolis-based company that does employment screening for other businesses is closing two offices in South Dakota by the end of the year.

Verifications Inc. says the closings in Aberdeen and Mitchell are due to restructuring and will affect about 140 workers. The jobs will move to sites in Arizona, India and the Philippines.
