Herd Of Deer Crash Into Moorhead Mall
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – There was a bizarre scene at a shopping mall in northwestern Minnesota over the weekend.
A herd of about six white-tailed deer went crashing into the Moorhead Center Mall on Saturday. A picture from the Fargo Forum shows where exactly the deer got into the mall.
Authorities said two of the deer died in the incident. One died when it crashed through a mall window, and the other got hit by a car in the parking lot.
Police said they were able to wrangle up the rest of the deer and get them back to a wooded area near a river.
