MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The missing piece of the downtown Minneapolis puzzle — a major grocery store — will soon be in place. Lunds will open its doors at 1201 Hennepin Ave. on June 14.

The 20,000-square-foot grocery store will be open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to midnight. The wines and spirit shop will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.MORE NEWS: St. Paul Farmers Market Vendors Endure Dry Conditions
The store will feature Bachman’s Floral and Caribou Coffee, plus a rain garden with patio seating next to the wines and spirit shop.
