Even after an injury-shortened season, the 21-year-old Spaniard finished runner-up for NBA Rookie of the Year.
He dubbed his first year with the T-Wolves "a dream come true."
"I'm so happy to be here," he said. "I feel like I'm part of this team and that's a great feeling."
