Police: Man Shot Behind Bar In Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One person is in the hospital Friday morning after an early morning shooting near a bar in downtown Minneapolis, according to police.
Authorities responded to a report of a shooting in an alley at about 12:30 a.m. Friday on 15th Street between LaSalle and Nicollet Avenues. That's near Bar 19 and a coffee shop.
The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries that appear to be non-life threatening.
The suspect fled the scene before authorities arrived.
Police are investigating what led up to the shooting and have no suspects in custody at this time. The incident is still under investigation.
