WE Fest Celebrates 30th Anniversary In Minn.

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (AP) — WE Fest, one of the nation's biggest country music festivals, celebrates its 30th anniversary this week near Detroit Lakes.

The three-day festival kicks off Thursday on the Soo Pass Ranch.

Thursday's lineup includes John Anderson, Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean.

On Friday, headliner Toby Keith is expected to resume his "Live in Overdrive" tour at WE Fest after undergoing gallbladder surgery. Other acts Friday include Brantly Gilbert and Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers.

Saturday's lineup includes Little Big Town, Sawyer Brown, Eric Church and Alabama.

WE Fest was founded in 1983.
