Cops: Wis. Man Arrested For Driving Under Influence For 7th Time

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WCCO) -- A 54-year-old Eau Claire, Wis., man was arrested for operating while under the influence for the seventh time, police say.

According to the Wisconsin State Police, Leo F. Owen was arrested at 2:18 a.m. Saturday in Eau Claire County for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.

Owen was stopped for an unsafe lane deviation and is now at the Eau Claire County jail.
