This year, the theme inside the WCCO-TV building is WEATHER! Fairgoers will be invited inside the building throughout the duration of the fair for a weather experience during which they will stand in front of an 80-inch interactive, touch-screen television to act out a weather forecast -- with video prompting from Chris Shaffer, Frank Vascellaro and Amelia Santaniello.

WCCO is also launching its Mobile Weather Watcher – a new weather vehicle which will be on display at the WCCO-TV building at the Minnesota State Fair. Additionally, each weekday during the fair, WCCO-TV will broadcast live a State Fair focused, hour-long special from 4 p.m.-5 p.m.

Throughout the summer, the CBS star-branded and mobile studio-equipped "CBS Buzz Tour" (#cbsbuzz) bus is crisscrossing the country, visiting 60 cities in 60 days as a thank you to the millions of loyal fans who continue to make CBS America's Most-Watched Network. CBS reality star veteran Alex Boylan will spearhead the on-the-road fan activities in Minneapolis and will also engage viewers from anywhere in the U.S. throughout the tour with "Inside Buzz" CBS.com webisodes, blogs and social media contests and posts via www.cbs.com/buzz.
