1 Dead, 1 Injured In Motorcycle Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person is dead and another was injured after a motorcycle lost control in Fillmore County.
Police say the accident occurred around 6 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Highway 16 and County Road 21.
Paul Legried, 49, of Austin, Minn. was driving a 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle east on Highway 16 when he lost control and went into the ditch, striking a pole. He suffered non-life threatening injuries.
His passenger, 38-year-old Dana Legried, also of Austin, Minn. died at the scene.
The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the incident.
