Jill Biden To Appear In Minneapolis Friday

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Jill Biden is scheduled to speak at a campaign event in Minneapolis this week.

The Obama campaign announced on Tuesday that the wife of Vice President Joe Biden will head to Minneapolis on Friday.

Details of her upcoming event have not been released.

Jill Biden will head to Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, Michigan on Saturday, Sept. 15 before heading to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Sunday.

She's expected to speak about what's at stake for the middle class in this election and encourage supporters to help organize their communities leading up to November.
