Man Arrested For DUI With Child In Vehicle
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 19-year-old man was arrested Saturday for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence with a child in the car.
Police say Austin Michael Wolters, of Hayward, Wis., was stopped by a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper for speeding around 6:23 p.m. on Highway 63 at Hamilton Road.
Wolters was also accused of operating while intoxicated, underage use of intoxicants and operating while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle. Police say he is also accused of using marijuana.
