Hours Of Waiting Pay Off For Justin Bieber Fans

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Ashton Heath and her friends waited outside the Grand Hotel in Minneapolis, hoping to see Justin Bieber. The teen heartthrob is playing a concert at the Target Center this weekend.

Fans tweeted all day, trying to track down Bieber.

Then, at about 8:30 p.m. Friday night, Bieber and his best friends Ryan and Alfredo drove by the front of the hotel. Bieber could be seen, hanging out of the window. The girls cheered wildly, chasing down the vehicle.

Heath said he finally came back around midnight and took pictures with the fans.

"He's an amazing guy, taking time out of his night to say hi! Not many celebrities have that much compassion for their fans," Heath said.

She said he took as many pictures with as many fans as he possibly could, but then had to leave, because Selena Gomez was waiting in the car.
