MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minneapolis Public Schools will host a community meeting next month at Washburn High School following a racial incident.
Washburn disciplined four students after a dark-skinned doll was dangled by its neck with a piece of string last week. Images of the doll-hanging were posted on social media sites and also caught on school security cameras.READ MORE: Family Pet Killed In House Fire In Minneapolis
