Richfield Man Sentenced To 22 Years For Role In Mpls. Murder

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 34-year-old Richfield man was sentenced Friday to nearly 22 years in prison (262 months) for his role in the murder of Delwin Cooper.

Kashaun Pierce pleaded guilty on March 11, 2013, to aiding and abetting second-degree murder.

Back on Nov. 12, 2011, police were called to 44th Street East on 33rd Avenue South on a shooting call. The victim had been shot 12 times.
