Warm Weather Means More Volunteers For Kira Trevino Search

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Several searches are planned this weekend to find evidence related to the disappearance of Kira Trevino - the St. Paul woman who was last seen on Feb. 21.

Her husband, Jeffery Trevino, was charged with her murder and is currently in jail.

Sgt. Paul Paulos of the St. Paul Police Department says the warm weather should be beneficial for the searches.

"You bring your bike, take a walk, with the strollers - there's a lot of outdoor activity. We hope more clues will be found," Paulos said.

If you are interested in helping with the search, you can find more information at the "Help Find Kira Trevino" Facebook page.
