Building Partially Collapses In May Snow Storm
WEST CONCORD, Minn. (WCCO) -- A structure partially collapsed after a rare round of May snow moved through the southeastern portion of Minnesota.
The collapse happened at the R&R Sales & Service building near the intersection of Concord Street and 2nd Avenue.
Crews responded to the scene at about 10:30 a.m. Police and Fire crews from West Concord have responded along with assistance from Dodge County Sheriff's deputies.
No injuries were reported at the site.
West Concord is about 25 miles east of Owatonna, which reported significant snowfall totals of up to 15.5 inches of snow, while Red Wing and Albert Lea got 10 inches, and Hastings and Farmington got more than 8 inches.
