FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. (WCCO) — Minnesota State Fair organizers are hoping that their latest Grandstand show announcements will pump (clap) you up.

“Saturday Night Live’s” Hans and Franz creators Dana Carvey and Kevin Nealon will be joined by fellow “SNL” alum Dennis Miller for a triple bill show on August 22.

The State Fair also announced two other concerts had been added to this summer’s slate.

“The Happy Together Tour” will feature The Turtles with Flo & Eddie, Chuck Negron (of Three Dog Night), Gary Puckett & the Union Gap, Gary Lewis & the Playboys, and Mark Lindsay (ex-lead singer of Paul Revere & the Raiders). That show will be at the Grandstand Monday, August 26.

On Friday, August 30, the “Minnesota Music-on-a-Stick” concert will present Trampled by Turtles, Mason Jennings and The Chalice.

Tickets for all three of these shows go on sale Saturday, May 18.

Other concerts that have already been announced include shows from Depeche Mode, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Tim McGraw, and the Walker Art Center’s Internet Cat Video Festival.
