2-Year-Old Goes Missing In Elk River Campground

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Multiple crews are searching for a 2-year-old girl after she went missing Friday night at a campground in Elk River, according to the local police department.

Daisy Jo Holland went missing in Wapiti Park Campground, which is located on the 18000 block of Troy Street Northwest. Elk River Police are asking the public's help in finding her.

Police describe the girl as being 2-feet-tall, 30 pounds, having shoulder-length blonde hair, blue eyes, and wearing black pants and a pink Hello Kitty shirt.

Air, land and water searches are underway for the child.

Daisy was last seen playing near the Elk River around 8 p.m. She was there with her mother and other family members, preparing to camp for the weekend.
