ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- A man fell off the edge of the bluffs on the St. Paul side of the Mississippi River Thursday afternoon, St. Paul Fire Department spokesman Steve Zaccard said.

Zaccard said the man was rescued by the Minnesota Air Rescue Team, the Minnesota State Patrol, and St. Paul Firefighters after falling off near Mississippi River Boulevard between Lake Street and the Ford Dam around 2 p.m.

Zaccard does not know if the man was injured, or in the hospital, however.
