After an FBI investigation, Parker was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree felony sex trafficking, and one count of felony solicitation, inducement and promotion of prostitution.
Legunsen confessed to police on June 17 that he answered Parker’s ad on Backpage.com, but he denied soliciting the teenager for sex.
