The crash happened at about 5 p.m. in Vermillion Township. Isaac James Lucking was traveling east on 180 Street near Goodwin Avenue when he lost control of the ATV.

He is currently listed in critical condition.

Here in Minnesota, as is the case across the country, the Fourth of July is one of the deadliest times of the year on the road.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported at least one deadly crash and a half-dozen others where people were hurt.
